Our website

The content on this website is for general information about our marketing services. Results described on the site are examples from past work and are not a promise of future results.

Our services

Marketing services such as advertising management, SEO, websites, automation and content are provided under a separate written agreement with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logos and other content of this website belong to Clearvertising and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Clearvertising Media Manager and YouTube

As part of our services, our team may manage a client's YouTube channel with Clearvertising Media Manager, an internal tool that the channel owner authorizes through Google. It is used to upload videos, edit their titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions and playlists, and post or reply to comments on the channel's own videos, only as the client instructs. It is not offered to the public.

The tool uses YouTube API Services. By authorizing it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy. The client keeps all rights to its channel and content, is responsible for having the rights to the content it asks us to publish, and can revoke access at any time from its Google security settings.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, or interfere with the site's security or operation.

Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Clearvertising is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, or for actions taken by third-party platforms such as Google or YouTube.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
